Ben's @ Paragon, Penang

Another restaurant managed by B.I.G group-> ben's. I think they have quite a similar style as Plan B. Serves mainly on western food, liquor and dessert in quite a huge portion.

I am grateful that we have ben's outlet situated in Penang after KLCC, Pavilion, Bangsar Shopping Complex & Publika.

Crispy Duck Confit Spagheti (RM 25.90) came with delectable duck slices, sun dried tomatoes and dried chilies. If you are a person who dislike duck's smell, you may find it acceptable in this dishes as the sauces and olive oil has overwhelmed it.

Fisherman's Catch Burger (RM 25.90). Is this food presentation looks familiar? Yes, looks like Plan B from here. The fish was  deep fried with it's freshness ramined. The tartare sauce served as a great touch to the fish and even to the fries as well.

The extreme fungus Wild Mushroom Spaghetti with Mascarpone (RM 25.90) The sauce was kind of special and I really enjoyed having various kind of mushroom in one plate. Every mouthful of scoop consisted mushroom. Good to share with friend if you would feel stodgy having creamy food.

Crispy Softshell Crab Tortilla (RM 25.90), as usual tortilla came in a smaller portion. The softshell wasn't impressive though and I barely feel it's crunchiness. The coriana lime sauce was mild and the vegie has overpowered the softshell crab.

Golden Softshell Crab Spaghetti (RM 23.90), it is as cheezy and as creamy as how it looks. A complete piece of softshell crab and chili flakes were added on.

Pesto Spaghetti (RM 20.90) came with homemade basil and pinenut pesto. Cheese pieces added as topping. Extra chargrilled chicken for RM 7. The chicken was tender and welly grilled.

Chunky Mushroom soups (RM 14.90) with truffle oil and garlic toast.

What noteworthy is their Affogato (RM 8.90). As most have known it as a total black coffee and would be bitter for some people. They added vanila ice cream to neutralize the coffee's bitterness without loosing it's original coffee scent.

Spotted this lonely soul sitting there, playing ipad and drinking wine. What a great self enjoyment.

19th century home-like indoor decoration. The sofa gave us the sense as if we were having dinner at home. One small little imperfection was that the lamp on top each table a little too low and the light bulb is bare to our eyes. I personally find it hurting our eyes while enjoying our meal and chit chat.

Mr. Right..why are you late? Ahaha just an acting shoot ^,<
