Yuan Yang Paste (RM 6.50), black sesame paste and peanute paste didn't seem like a match for us.

Shop at D'Piazza

From the shop's name, you can tell it is a dessert shop. Tucked within the residential area opposite Phor Tay Secondary School, it is two houses away from Salon. When I first entered their house, I was swamped by the types of dessert they are offering. Every wall glued with menus and even hanging on top of their counter like bunting flags, without duplication if you wonder. It took me a while to decide which to order by standing there like a kid. Due to the long shape design of the house, with the large crowd that times, patrons basically blocking the entrance of the house. No worries, their service are very attentive and efficient. We like the healthy concept that they are practising, very healthy and less sweetened. If you are yearning for something salty than sweet, there are herbs soup for you too.

Pumpkin Coconut Milk Sago with Glutinous Ball (RM 5.50) with creamy quintessence from pumpkin and coconut. The fibre of pumpkin was missing in the dessert, but replaced with tiny little sago. I came with the expectation of glutinous ball's skin to be chewy, but their was more solid. The sesame filling a little bit salty, wasn't the kind of creamy texture I used to have.

Lily Bulbs Coralline Algae (RM 5.50), good for those having exhausting day. It helps to sooth your mind and taking care your skin. The taste was plain in the natural way, with some hint of sweetness from rock sugar. You can have it warm or ice.

Cute table numbering stone with Sin Chan drawing.
Choice of glutinous ball with nature colouring.
Choice of herbal soups
Large crowd queueing up to place order.
