Signature Thai Khensom Fish 招牌泰酸辣汤蒸鱼
In the morning, the cafe here sells economy rice, curry mee, nasi lemak and some other food and it transformed to a zhu char style at night. It was a small scale operation with limited numbers of seat, and do expect to wait for some time should you arrive at peak hours.

Flipping through the menu would not be a hard job if you love Thai Food. We picked white seafood tomyam (RM20) and it was a great pick indeed. Actually they do offer 2 types of tomyam - red and white, and you may choose the elements you wish to have in your tomyam - seafood, chicken, pork, prawn or fish.

White Seafood Tomyam
Small sized white tomyam is a nice portion for 3-4 people, with ample seafood and complement with enoki mushrooms. The white tomyam is not really spicy and offer a gratifying sour sensation, thus is tolerable for people who cannot take spicy food. The seafood seems to have commingle well with the tomyam soup by inducing the fresh and sweet aftertaste.

Kam Heong 甘香 Clam (Kappa)
Kappa or clam is available in 2 versions - dried or wet depending on your selection. Since we have had tomyam soup, we opted for Kam Heong Kappa (RM20). We really enjoyed how the chef prepared the unique kam heong sauce, which has turned normal clams to a delicate dish. The dish could have been better if the clams were bigger in size and fresh. Another downside is that almost half of the clams were served unopened.

Signature Thai Khensom Fish  招牌泰酸辣汤蒸鱼 (RM45) is a must try here. Again, you could opt for steamed or fried version, depending on your preference. We opted for steamed version so we could suck the essence of freshness of the fish, and it was indeed a correct choice. The sourish condiments is as nice as tomyam, which we could not resist ourselves by drinking it like a tomyam soup. The portion of fish is really overwhelmed for us 4 person. A worthy dish, in terms of pennies spent and also the satisfaction from it.

As a matter of fact, we thought we could have just ordered the fish and savour the soup, while scrapping off the tomyam for another dish, perhaps pandan chicken or etc. This is due to both dishes appeared redundant by offering scrumptious soup, and we were having a hard time juggling between which soup to drink as we all have limited stomach space.

Kailan
Salted fish kailan (RM11) was something we ordered to provide a balance diet for the night. The garlic has introduced a nice taste to the kailan, suitable for those heavy tasters.

The chillies here are unique, especially the latter in the picture which appears to have a mixture of condiments. Do not be deceived by the initial taste as it just appears tangy, soon the burning sensation will strike your oral environment and lingering there.
